Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address or nearest cross streets, so the right local company gets the request
- Your radon result, if you have one, and whether it was a kit or a professional monitor
- Your foundation: full basement, crawl space, slab, manufactured home, or a mix
- Whether the basement is finished or you're planning to finish it
- If you're buying or selling, the inspection deadline and closing date
